These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and wa77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). • You must register using your own Bangladesh mobile number. This number is used for OTP verification, account recovery, and payment processing. Registering with a number that does not belong to you is prohibited.
• You must set a strong, unique password for your wa77 account and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• wa77 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold determined by wa77 at its sole discretion.
• Opening duplicate accounts, whether under your own name or another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Players are responsible for notifying wa77 immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation. wa77 will investigate reported incidents promptly and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation to protect the player's funds.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however wa77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its discretion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. wa77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Attempting to deposit via a payment method in another person's name will result in the transaction being declined and may lead to account review.

• wa77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, for which wa77 is not responsible.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions). Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover has been completed in full.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated balance forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wa77 may withhold and forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach (e.g. at the player's own request, or as a responsible gaming measure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding wagering obligations are settled.

wa77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wa77 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (which may include an on-site notification, email, or SMS) and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
